At Sankofa Kente, we deliver your authentic Ghanaian Kente cloths with care and speed. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or bulk orders may take up to 7 business days. Delivery Time: Within Ghana: 2–5 business days via our trusted courier partners. International: 7–21 business days depending on the destination and shipping method.

Shipping Costs:

Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free local shipping on orders above GHS4000.

Tracking:

All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can follow your Kente’s journey from our workshop to your doorstep.

Note:

Sankofa Kente is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

Please ensure your address is correct to avoid delivery issues.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.

Eligibility: Refunds are available if the item is damaged, incorrect, or not delivered. Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Proof Required: Please provide photos of the item showing any defects or damage. Refund Process: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.

Important:

Custom-made or personalized Kente cloths cannot be refunded unless defective.

Shipping fees are non-prefundable unless the mistake was on our side.
